I am Saikiran Shaji Kunjathan, I have applied for a learning license of the LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO, THANE Maharashtra, I passed the test on 14/04/2024, It's been 16 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.

There is no contact or response available for the complaint or where we can contact the authority, please do what is needed.
