We have taken the MNGL supply of domestic gas for residential purposes ( BP Number[protected] and have been paying our bills regularly and in time . But, MNGL has been charging Rs. 100.00 as late fee in every bill and are not providing any explanation when it is taken up or explanations which are not convincing and lack clarity and details.

Also, there are arrears being charged on many of the bills even though there hasn't been any and again, when it is taken up through mail and phone, they don't provide any justification and respond that it is being looked into . We are being forced to pay the late fee and the arrears continuously . This is extreme harassment. Was this information helpful? |
