my self Shahnawaz khan maine Naaptol online shopping portal se 17/05/2012 ko ek sony ericsson vivaz mobile khareeda tha bt jab mobile courier se mere pas aaya to wo purana mobile tha. order COD basis tha to mobile lene se pahle mujhe deliviry boy ko 10289/= rupees dene the. so pay karne k bad jab maine phone dekha to wo used mobile tha us mobile k saath bheji gayi assessaries bhi non branded or kharaab thi. mere turant customer care ko call karne par usne ise ek mistake bataya aur mera phone replace karke naya bhejne ko kaha aur tab tak is mobile ko apne paas hi rakhne ko kaha. tab se aaj tak bahut bar bat karne k baad bhi jab mera mobile nhi badla gaya to 15-20 din pahle maine apne Advocate se Naaptol ko ek legal notice bheja but aaj tak mujhe us notice ka bhi koi jawab nhi mila hai.ab aap hi bataye k mai kya kroon k Naaptol mujhe mera mobile replace karke naya de. mai apne mobile ka bill Attch karke aap ko bhej raha hoon ! please i realy need your help.
