Hi Vodafone Team,
I am in trouble, I am going to lose my old previous number. I was the customer with Airtel.
I am working with Sapient and I went through one of your agent visited in our office.
I submitted all requested documents to port my number ([protected])
He mentioned wrong house number into address. It were to be A /17 instead of A 7
I got call from you guys and every time I corrected agent over call.
But at the end of story, none updated my address and I was told that it will be updated. For proof, you may go with recorded call incidents on my number.
My address verification has been negative two times.
Please tell me anyone, Did I make a mistake that I just decided to port my number because of your attractive plan. If you guys want me to go with any kind of security, I am ready
To do that
But, Please get back my number, please save my number, I beg you Vodafone guys to save my number before it get closed.
Thank You in advanced to take a positive request for my number [protected], I just don’t want to lose my number. I have already lost my one number with reliance in the same. But I never expect that kind of service from VODAFONE.
I hope that issue will be resolve at Vodafone at least as I hope I’m on right network and their service.
