Moglix — Lawnmower delivered without main component. Exchange request rejected. | |||
My experience with Moglix has been very bad. I ordered a small manual lawn mower which cost me a little less than Rs. 3000. I received my order in a very sorry looking plastic sack with handles popping out and the sack was sewn with a thin rope. When I opened the sack there was only a grass collection basket and handle. The main component which is the mower with blade was missing. I called up the delivery guy who asked me to contact Moglix. Moglix claims they gave me a sealed intact product. Really bad experience.
