Moglix — Refund still not initiated after returning the product 30 days ago

I had returned an incomplete product to moglix. From the day of return from my end, it's been 30 days. The delivery is still lying in the supplier city for almost 16 days now and moglix just informs that they can initiate the refund after the delivery. It is unimaginable to think that a delivery is lying in the city for 16 days without being returned.
Even with multiple follow ups, no update on any progress neither any SLA's defined to update me that what they are doing for such logistics failure while holding up my money.
