I have ordered pizza and my amount got deducted but mojo didn't accepted the order and thereafter i followed up with customer care they said they refunded the amount and gave me transaction details i checked with my bank they such transaction never happened to my account, secondly they stopped responding to me after that, i don't understand why you all disrespect and treat customer so badly the name of the executive was arif.
Requesting you to help me and the incidence took place on 21st of pay. And till today no refund no reply despite sending mails Was this information helpful? |
