Yesterday i got a call saying he has been frauded by Moment Deals using ICICI name that was i a had said earlier that ICICI must intervene so that other customer do not suffer people are using their name to do fraud but they have not acted so far.Meanwhile Moment Deals has again changed the address and contact number twice in last 10 days and thrice in a month .
On 9 th september i got a call from ICICI claiming that an old case of my account has been resolved and that the will credit 7000 to my account and that they will give us apparels from MOMENTDEALS for 7900 rupees. within a minute they sent me a OTP and asked me to give it to them.
i had a small doubt so i asked them if this was genuine and to my surprise they read out all my account details, card number, validity and even my account balance to me. So i was left with no other option than to trust them and i gave the OTP .
following that momentdeals called and asked what size did i need for the reebok shoes that they will sent me.
and thus i not only did lose 7900 from my account but also didnt get anything.
either some of ICICI employees are playing around or there has been some security breech ... or else how will they get my acount info
and customer care is denying their responsibility...
