Dear sir,
Today i went to purchase milk from booth no. 545, pitampura. After taking the milk from machine i made the payment through paytm as i was not having cash, due to cash problem occured by demonotization. After this i showed my phone to the vendor that i have made the payment and the money is debited from my account. But he said he will not let me take the milk till he doesn't receive any message on his phone. I said fine but after the 5 mins. Passed i requested him politely to let me go as the money is debited from my account & he will receive it. But instead of that he spoke rudely & argued me that he doesn't care that if i stand here whole night till he doesn't receives any messsge on his phone. Listening to this i objected that this is not a right way to talk to a customer. But he started to talk more rudely and after this i told him one more word, i will complaint against this rude behavior. Even then he threatened me to do whatever i can do against him and next time he will not allow me to make payment through paytm. He doesn't even accept old rupee 500 note, untill you don't purchase the goods equal to that amount. I was really disappointed looking at this kind of behavior from his side. Atleast he should have some sense to talk to a customer. I have been purchasing milk from many years but no booth vendor ever misbehaved like that. So, i request you that to please take a quick action to this complaint. Your kind help will be highly appreciated
