I had received a call from the customer support around 2:30 pm yesterday (7.06.18, Thursday) and I was told that they would get in touch with the service centre and get the issue resolved. I gave a call to the service centre at 3:57 pm to inquire about the status of my set. I was told they will give it to me by evening and will call me shortly. I kept waiting for the call and when dialed myself, I was told it would take time as the part to be replaced was not available. Everyone at that service centre gives a different version. No matter how many times you call, one would say you will get by evening and the other says in two three days. All at that centre are on a different page and there is no coordination. I reconnected with the person from the customer care as he had given me his number. To my surprise he had not got in touch with the service centre at all. I lost my cool and I said that I will approach the consumer forum, then he told me to wait and he got in touch with them. I then got a call from the service centre and they said that I would get my set by Saturday. Then next, I get a call from the customer care and I am told that I will get my set by Friday. Again, a lack of coordination. I am very disappointed with the service centres of Motorola. I hope things get better otherwise people should avoid purchasing motorola.
