Hi,
I visited movie time, west gate mall, raja garden new delhi... On 24/05/2019 at 8.45 show... Audi 6, seat no. A-12 to a-14;
1. I visited your food court and i had ordered a fries combo @ 430/-
2. Your staff denied to take payment through card or paytm and insisted for cash...
3. He took cash rs. 440/- above the display price... On excuse of no change.
4. He further denied to give bill... On excuse of no connectivity...
5. He further gave a verbal promise to exchange burger with popcorn.
6. He also denied manual bill... On excuse of no authorised person...
7. It was a gross dissatisfaction... As this happened with lot of other customers too...
8. Order was even promised to be delivered at seat but your team supplied stale food and mismatched combo apart from what he had promised...
9. On insisting of return of order he collected back rs. 60/- with assurance of giving back rs. 500/- note but later on denied to give back any money.
10. While asking for money, they all started arguing and fighting...
11. Despite of repeated requests, no senior bothered to even listen or respond
12. Being with family & kid, we had to leave the premise at 11.15 pm; with gross insult and dissatisfaction, your team has looted us like a cheat...
Can’t believe how you manage such cheater team and rude, unpolished staff...
It was grossly insulting in front of family and other customers there, they even kept remaining change and didn’t returned money... Do see what you can do...
