We are from chennai. We are dealing with HP dealer M/s.usam Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd | No 4, 1st Cross Street, CIT Colony, Mylapore | Chennai -600004.

We have sent our enquiry for plotter cartridges on 1 Feb 2016 and till today we didnt get the response and again when we called and told they have sent the quote.

We are feeling very uncomfortable with this dealer. We are buying the product more than Rs. 10000 every time but they refused to send the technical person for installing the cartridges. For sending the technical person they are charging abnormal charges. There response is very poor. No proper person to handle the customer properly.

Now they called and told that they will supply the expiry stock of cartridges and they will give a discount of Rs.100 per cartridge.

We need urgently the below mentioned plotter cartridge. They have given the quote as below. Now they are saying only expiry cartridge they are having and they are saying will deduct Rs.100 per cartridge.

We are really fed up with HP product.
