I have ordered a Sony xperia worth INR 11484/- on 27th Jan.2014. And paid the money online. After 8 days when they failed to deliver the product, I have cancelled this order on feb 4th, 2014 & i was told that refund will take place in 3 working days. Now it has been over 7 working days i haven't got the refund yet . now I call daily on their customer care [protected] and [protected], no one picks up the call..This online shopping...
