We, the residents of Rz D3/242- A, Street no.9,
Mahavir enclave 1, New Delhi-110045, are writing this application out of grievance caused by wrongful construction on the roof of the building.
The construction is causing nuisance as it bars and will bar the residents from enjoying equal access to the roof. The residents are aggrieved with this construction which is near to re-roofing. To our understanding, it greatly amounts to public nuisance as the residents will not be able to use the roof like any other resident of the locality. We do not know whether the construction has been permitted by MCD if it has been permitted we wish that it be reconsidered under your supervision.
We humbly request you to please take action in this regard and please hear our voices.
