Municipal Corporation Of Ludhiana — A street dog too much infected with some disease is howling like crazy in front of my house

There is this black dog who sits in front of my house and is very sick and howls all night long it is getting very stressful and disgusting to hear such mortifying sound all the time. Please take this dog away as it will cause some infection to other dogs also.
