I ordered flowers from website - myflowertree.com. it was promise to deliver in a day time by 14Feb2022 but neither they deliver the item nor returning refund. kindly help

I have order from my flower tree on 14th Feb 2022 and I have selected time slot as 6pm to 9pm also extra delivery charge was taken that is Rs149
Still now I haven't got my delivery and thye are updating false comment like try contacting and keep on rescheduling the delivery.
Kindly take necessary action.

Such a bad service i have ever seen... i have placed the order yesterday at the same time almost and it is an paid order.. even till this time the order is not delivered ... i have chosen the same day delivery order...what is the meaning of same day deliver if you can not deliver it that to in a metro city.. i will never recommend this to anyone and will post on site for bad reviews....

MY FAMILY truly enjoyed your service and especially the cake. It was very nice and chocolaty. I loved how spongy it was and the decoration on it was just on the point....

An order was made for valentines Day flower delivery (997358) on 13 th feb, 2022.
However order was not delivered and it had been unilaterally rescheduled for 15th.
The recipient is no longer at location. I have requested that order be cancelled and a refund issued.
An email complaint had no reply.
The complaint on chat did not resolve the issue.
On call, they said they are from a different department!!!...

My order no. 987914 was not delivered, because of this i could not wish my wife. My flowertree is having pathetic service. My flowertree is not processing the refund for the order no 987914. it has been more than 1 week.
i need settlement for this and some compensation. please process the refund ASAP....

They take payments and deliver nothing. Just got one random call from customer care who wanted to know what did i order from their site. How can you not know what have a customer ordered and paid you? The best is there was no delivery call and yet they email saying we tried calling the recipient who stays in the same house as mine....

I ordered and prepaid for a bouquet of carnations and a money plant to be delivered by 9 pm. It is already 10.30 pm and the order tracking shows that the gifts are not even out for delivery yet. There is no contact number or email address provided for timely addressal of grievances. Pathetic service....

I have order from myflowertree.com. I have paid additional charges to get this flowers on 14 Feb in the slot of 19.00 to 21.00. order id 999867. But still order not delivered. And even I tried to contact customer care but no given is not reachable. Pls resolve this issue....

Had ordered flowers on occasion of valentine’s day (14th february 2022) from your website as same day delivery was available and confirmed.

I paid 589 rs for it via credit card

I did not get the delivery on 14th february and the status was showing as in the processing since morning and if it is delivered on 15th february it did not make sense to me.

I placed an order at 1 pm and they did not deliver it until now (10 pm). They are not receiving any call nor they are replying to any of the msgs.
