My Flower Tree — Delay in order

I ordered a beautiful bouquet for my mother and you guys delayed it by 4 bloody days.
I called and I was told it would reach in 2 hours but look at the time and it hasn't reached.
I always thought supporting small businesses was encouraging but you guys are liars! I am shocked. I need a bloody refund because this is so not done!
Never EVER ORDERING from you guys.
And spreading the same.!
