The product was a planter and the one which was ordered looked completely different from what I’ve received. I paid Rs. 650 for a very small plant just because it’s decor looked nice. There vase was covered with thread work. Whereas the one I received had oil paint on it. +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
My Flower Tree customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 31, 2022 Updated by honey2appy I am attaching the image of the product ive seen on the website. For me, it was not the plant that mattered more. It was my father’s birthday and I wanted to make him feel special. So I chose the one with Dad written on it. I can make the one which ive received at home. And I would have not spent 650 Rs for such a pathetic decor. If these Website is charging hefty amount for such a small thing, then they should deliver as per the standard and worth of the amount a customer is paying. Looking forward to a positive response.
