I have ordered 2 flowers booke on 16th aug to be delivered by express delivery with in 2 hours time. I have paid a tea fo express delivery
Instead of calling 10 times customer care I have not received any proper response until 8 pm on 16th aug I was hearing that it will be delivered.
Regardless of my feelings that y I have ordered express delivery cause I wanted flowers to reach on time as one of the family member was leaving to USA for studies.
But unfortunately I have to say gudbye without any flower or gift.
I am disappointed as I was not able to cancel the order and get back the refund in my account.
I need justice as these companies are playing with people feelings and making money. Was this information helpful? |
