Mydala — deduction of 42 rs without my knowledge

What is this mydala is... I have not done anything and got msg that i have been charged with 42rs as i activated mydala serive but i have not done anything... Plzz stop making people fool... If you beegers want money then plzz begg in front of people with there consent this is illegal and if you did not refund my money then i have to take some legal step aginst you

Updated by gunwant singh shaktawat I am using vodafone. It showed there are some offer if just dial *111*1*2#.
When i did, it showed me some offer. It showed me "1. Free deal @42

I pressed 1 (One) thinking it will display me the details and will ask for confirmation. But no it directly deducted the money and sent me the message about it.

When i called the mydala the told me they have mentioned it clearly that if you press 1 they will deduct money. But i do not think it is clear.

When i asked if i do not want that deal will they return money. But they said no.
