Dear team,

This is to inform that the excitement to hire your service has initiated in a disappointing manner. Firstly, even after paying the pickup and drop expenses, i was informed 15 minutes after the booking time that i would need to go and pickup the vehicle. Then after arguing even though being at fault, your staff agreed with the error and offered to drop the vehicle at my address. Then 45 minutes later, i got a another call from the driver stating that i would be leaving now with the vehicle. The delivery was already 1 hour late and then it took the driver 1 hour 30 minutes to reach my address. I received my vehicle 2 hours 30 minutes late and due to which i missed my doctor's appointment and the next appointment would only be available next month. Secondly, i had booked a vento and without informing, the vehicle was changed to a disgusting honda jazz which was not acceptable and there has not been any settlement of the additional charge that has been charged. The company is at the liberty to make any error and without any penalty and the customer is suppose to bear all the expenses. Thirdly, the company claims to be full to full kilometers, but the vehicle provided is empty to empty, is the company trying to recommend that the customer drive without the fuel or empty the vehicle before handing over the vehicle and become a petrol seller?.
Even though i had faced so much stress, while handing over the vehicle the driver is requesting me to pay him rs. 100 and blaming me for his skipping of the signal.

I am just praying that the vehicle works well during the rental period and end this ordeal in a peaceful manner. I am hoping for the response and solution to the mentioned issues as it is a blot on the established brand such as yours.
