Amount paid Rs.5500/- ON 19.10.2011

Address:3rd Floor Savera complex, Opp Krishna petrol pump, Udhana - Navasari Road, Surat, Gujarat , India

Dear sir,
I was made n mart membership by paying 5500/- one time payment and was give shopping vouchers of 220/- x 48 months voucher. After 48 month nmart had promised rs.11000/- refund

After 1 year all the outlets of nmart had closed and we're not operating.
my payment date 19.01.2011
receipt no NMartRRC[protected]...
