[Resolved]  Naaptol — mobile phone not received and payment already paid by me

I ordered[protected] for mobile phone from naaptol. But i received the product and i paid full payment with delivery charge. But when i open the box that was wrong product which not ordered by me then i complained for it and according to process i send it. But my product not delivered by naaptol. When i call customer care says it is in the process wait 48 hours many times. There are no result found. Pls provide my product if not able to deliver then return my full payment. (Attached wrong product return sleep)
