I ordered accupressure slipper with naaptol. The product was too poor and quality was worst for 500. I asked for a replacement . The replaced product was even more worst. The buttons were falling when the packaging was removed. When I asked the customer care executive, he carelessly replied you can just fit it manually and use. I felt I was cheated. Even the springs within the button were all missing.. and the buttons were not firm. I asked for my money refund. I don't want to take this product. They are not ready to refund my money. Even if the product is poor, I have to use it even when its faulty. This is unacceptable.
