Namaste Medico — The Company has cancelled the product and has not refunded

Address:Andal,Paschim Burdwan,West Bengal

I had purchased a medicine Rs 1845.00 of order #104709 on 12.03.2024 and cancel the by you 15.03.24 as cause courier service not available in my address.I have been continuously following up on number provided on website on Calls, WhatsApp and email.But they are not responding.They are seen the messages on WhatsApp but not replying.
Please process my refund of RS.1845.
