National Institute Of Securities Markets [Nism] — Certificate kept on hold

I have cleared my NISM series 8 exam with good percentage of 81.25 on 2 September 2021 enrollment number [protected].
I have received a mail from certificate audit saying certificate is kept on hold for violation reason/unfair means etc but I have not done any unfair means I was all alone in the room conducted the exam even though certificate is on hold and there is one link attached with mail which is not opening. It seems some error. Kindly check and issue my certificate as soon as possible.
