National Institute Of Securities Markets [Nism] — Complain about not able to appear for my Nism VA exam held on 10 June 2021 online

I have booked a seat for Nism VA Mutual fund distribution exam (From anywhere) on 10 June 2021, so on the exam day i was ready with my setup and installed Mettl software but when i tried to appear for the exam the software was not able to access my microphone and camera after contacting the It support it didnt worked so later on i got to know that it was because i was using my office laptop anyhow all the sites in that were easily accessible i have uninstalled the teamover view application from the laptop but from your end there was not any pré information regarding what and all systems we can use and due to this i was not able to appear for my examination and it's a loss for me.

Kindly its a request to please update all the proper information and guidelines on the site which we can be aware before appearing for online examination and also i want the amount to be refunded or please help me to reappear for the exam without any extra cost
