I had booked an online test for renewal of ARN for 2nd feb 2021, but since Mettl browser did not work in any laptop or desktop and the Mettl team were unable to resolve the issue, I was unable to give my exam, I contacted the customer care after great difficulty to reschedule the exam, they told me to mail and accordingly I did that, I followed up with top up mail everyday but till date I am unable to get my exam rescheduled. Neither are u refunding my money back nor are u rescheduling my exam.
