Naukri Pro — False commitment of service

I received call from Naukri Pro professional and they pretended that they are from Naukri.com and promised me to provide job assistance for overseas job and resume writing service. In addition to this they promised a dedicated Relationship manager who will remain in touch with me for Job updates. But i cant contact their relationship manager neither i received re-written profile after one month.
