Order id[protected]A . I had ordered for the first time through nedmeds and it is a horrible experience for me . My order id[protected]ASO2 for calcium cipcal 500 mg which i ordered on 16th jan and still i have not received it.also other order id[protected]ASO4 got incorrect order, had raised concern also in nedmeds app and have been contacting them from the last 2 days still they dont bother ro call me back or reply .very pathethic service. I am very disappointed the way you are treating a customer afterall its about medicine not about some fashion cloths that we can wait .then Why would we order it online if it is taking more 4 days. Is this the way you give your services to the customer . If you cant deliver on time you should not take orders medicine comes under essential services.i should have gone with 1 mg their service is quick .i am having a horrible experience with you .when i am calling no one is picking and when i am contacting through chat the reply i am getting is to wait, i am already waiting from the last 4 days for the medicine what do u expect from me .this is the way you treat your customers then i feel really sorry for you, that you can understand the customer needs.very horrible and pathehic service. You have wasted my time, you should not have taken the order when you cant deliver on time .it was essential for me.I am going to raise an official complaint on government customer care portal and on every possible platform Was this information helpful? |
