Neolog Broadband — No Internet for over 8 days

I lost internet connection on Saturday 30th September 2022 at around 1 PM (It worked only for 4 days after I renewed)
I called helpdesk and was told it will be fixed by evening - No response
Called them at Night same day, I was told it will be fixed by morning

30th September I called and they said by evening they will send a tech to fix it.
30th September evening I called again and they said they will send tech tomorrow morning.

1st October Morning I called again and they said by evening they will send a tech to fix it.

2nd October Morning I called again and they said by evening they will send a tech to fix it.

My question is do you guys have a little shame to answer the call and say the same thing again and again?

Which company needs 7 days time to fix such issue? And still counting.

Is this how you treat customers?

Your team lead Arun in this location is most hopeless person on the planet, he has manpower to send techs for new installation but they don't have a single person for over a week to take care of existing customer.

It has been 8 days and not even a single person from Neolog has called me to acknowledge that there is a problem and it will be rectified.

I'm so glad I didn't recommend your [censored] network to the existing neighbours and they are all happy with ACT and Airtel in the same building.

Please refund my money back and take your routers, I can't continue with you people, even if I want to continue you guys are not ready to provide any service.
