I have a netfire connection. netfire promised 100 mbps speed. however the speed after 1 week of taking the service barely even crosses 50mbps. this has been happening for a month now even after putting in complaints. sometimes the speed is as low as 3-5 mbps. whenever we put a complaint, the technician comesand connects his device and shows us 81 mbps speed...and then when he goes it again goes back to low speed. how is this fair? pls do something.

Same worst ever customer service ever can't call them because yey they don't pickup or they have switched off their phones I m having connectivity issue as my internet is down for 36 hrs plz fix
