I have placed an order for medicines (Order # nms[protected]pso1) through netmeds on 25th october 2018, with expected delivery date of 31st october 2018. Received a message on 26th october 2018 stating that order has been handed over to the courier for delivery (Delhivery couriers) with tracking id #[protected].
On 1st november 2018 when i have checked for the delivery status it was showing that the parcel has reached the destination city. I called netmeds customer care and explained them the importance of the medicines and requested them delivery at the earliest. On 2nd november 2018 around 1:30 pm received a message stating the courier is out for delivery and i waited till 6:45 pm and there was not delivery to my residence and then when i called delhivery customer care (After waiting for 15 mins) i was connected to executive who asked me to wait till 8:00 pm and he assured
Me that it would be delivered for sure. Around 7:25 pm i get an message saying delivery was unsuccessful due to bad address (Surprisingly last time order was delivered to same address) and when i called the courier boy he stated that he ran of out of fuel and cannot deliver the parcel now.
On 3rd november when i called the netmeds customer care again for checking the delivery status of medicines, executive over the phone promised me that the delivery would be done maximum by 6:00 pm on the same day and when i inquired around 7:00 pm executive might happen on 5th november 2018 and when i said that you are not understanding the importance of medicines, the netmeds executive says that you do whatever you can and it's your right.
In conclusion i am feeling that netmeds is taking customers for granted and are not sufficing the very purpose of their business.
Hence i request the citizens of india not to believe on netmeds and don't order any medicines from netmeds from here on. Was this information helpful? |
