I had placed my very first order (ORDER:[protected]A) with a proper doctor prescription on NetMeds trusting that you would deliver the medicines on time. I am supposed to start the course with these medicines and revisit the doctor in 2 weeks' time. The specified delivery date was 24th July 2022. I had planned it accordingly. But, the prescription was not verified for 2 days and my order only started to process after that. It was a mere negligence from your end. Now, it's been delayed by over 3 days and still there is no clue as to when I would get my medicines. The customer care folks say only one thing in a loop that they are taught to say no matter what we ask - "some technical issue. you will get the medicines in 24 to 48 hrs".
This is utterly ridiculous and disgusting when we are waiting to start our course as per doctor's prescription and you are just delaying without any proper reason specified. All other online vendors just take a day or two to deliver these while you promise 4 days and still not deliver after one week. I am suffering here as a patient because the I can't start the course and my symptoms are just increasing.
I am Emailing this to the following authorities also, to take appropriate action on NetMeds:
1. Consumer Forum NCRDC
2. Consumer forum Karnataka State commission and
3. Consumer forum Bangalore Urban
