I ordered medicine firstly on 03/02/2019 and netmeds claim to be delivered on 7/02/2019. I was waiting till 10 feb and netmeds called me to tell that your package has been lost. Moreover that medicine is urgently required for critical condition patient.
Again i ordered the same medicine but still i am in waiting list. Netmeds is not taking this matter seriously. I am requesting to take serious action on this behaviour of netmeds. This would not be acceptable by a critical condition patient.
