Ordered Ecosprin 75mg and HCQS 200mg as prescribed by my doc.
I was promised a delivery on Oct 14, but I'm yet to receive it.
Upon reaching out to [protected]@netmeds.com they have reduced the quantity of the medicines without even consulting/validating it with me.
Calling the customer service team did not help, as they keep saying that we will let the backend team know. There is no option to speak with backend team or the escalation team via chat or phone.
