I had placed an order on 3rd January and was told that the order will be received on 4th-5th Jan. On 5th Jan I reached out to the customer care team and asked them why has part of my order has not even been shipped yet as the status still shows "processing" and the other part of the order has not yet been delivered even though it has reached Gurgaon. He told me the case has been flagged as high priority and I will receive it soon. It's been 2 days and my order's status is still "processing" and the other part of the order is still just sitting in their warehouse, they have not delivered.
Netmeds please start selling non-essential items as this speed and response is no accepted for a medical care site. Your agents cant even tell me why my delivery is late or if it even is then by when should i expect it. I should atleast know that am not gonna get the order in the next 2 days as well and based on that I can make a decision to cancel the order and get my medicines from someplace else.
