I ordered medicines from netmeds on 28/02/19 worth 1195 via prepaid payment. However my order which as returned back from halfway due to some logistic reasons for no fault of mine. Now the company isn't issuing refund since then despite repeated calls and refunds. Once the customer care executive picked up and told we will resolve the issue. Most of the times they drop the phone without resolving the issue. It was my first order thru netmeds. Worst experience.
