My Sony Handset Sony C-2194 was covered in an insurance from New Mobile care.
On 28.05 the handset was blank so I called the customer care and register the complaint.
Their executive came on 30.05 and picked handset (Sony C-2194) and inform that the mobile will be repaired in 15 Days and will be handed over to you by 15.06. and in case it will not be repaired in the given time frame then a alternative handset will be handed over to you. But after requesting several times no handset has been issued.
Despite of several wrong commitments from them my mobile status is yet not confirmed as Mr. Amit (Manager) promised me that it will surely be delivered to my address by Tuesday (i.e. 22.07) but his commitment is also fake and now he is not picking up the mobile.
Yesterday, I received a call from Mr. Sunny mentioning that my handset will be delivered to my address by today before 5.00 P.M and if he will be unable to deliver the same then he will provide a new handset and now it above 5.00.
I called Mr. Amit several times he don't bother to receive a phone call and getting rid of his responsibility which is not at all a professional approach.
I am fed up of wrong commitments and now seek your help as now I need my money back.
