I am pankush arora currently residing in delhi. I've made a complaint in nextra technologies private limited with no. [protected] on 22nd july'14.
Since then i've called nextra technologies private limited customer care nearly about 25 times and every time i was told that i'll receive call from our backend team within 2 hours or 4 hours but i've never received any call except for one which was worthless for me as he gain took my all detail and never called back after such experience with nextra technologies private limited only one things comes to my mind is fraud done by nextra technologies private limited sales executive who took money from my home and switch his phone off, from nextra technologies private limited customer care employees who are sitting just for themselves not for customers and nextra technologies private limited backend team which i think doesn't exist. Nextra technologies private limited sales executive come to my home on 17th july 2014 making false commitment that he will start connection from next day, but he called me next day that connection is not available in your area so i asked him to refund my money i. E rs.2600 by handing over crf form with no. 2034 and again he commit me that it will be in nextra technologies private limited account in next 2 days his ph. Number is [protected] (He told me he is from lal quater krishna nagar) and took my account no. For same but after 2 days he massaged me that sir your refund has been made in my own account and i will hand over you cash after 3 days as i am going to haridwar. Since then he ran away and his phone is off. Till that time i'm regularly contacting nextra technologies private limited customer care which is exactly not for customers help.
