I am Abdul Basir from North 24 pgs of west Bengal. I applied for BOI CSP. After that company executive call me and tell me about vle registration process and send me registration form and also tell me that to send this fillup form with aadhar, pan and highest qualification in that email I'd from which I receive form, then I fillup and send this with documents. After that they send me initial location approval email and deposit for vle registration fees of Rs.15600/ to company account and also have a note that "Note:- You will pay in our company, all the money will be refunded to your bank account".Then I pay Rs.5600/ on 06/11/2021 and Rs. 10000/ on 08/11/2021in behalf of "NICT Technologies Pvt Ltd" Federal Bank Indore branch on account number- [protected] .After payment company send me receipt and vle I'd & password and OD account creation form. I fillup and send this and deposit of Rs. 20000/ to same companies bank account for OD account creation and OD banace. After that all the details was showing on comcany's vle portal with deposit of Rs. 20000/. After that they send me email as OD account alert that "you have to pay more Rs. 30000/for minimum OD balance is Rs. 50000/". I denied to pay that amount because they not tell me at the time of OD account creation. Then company person Ankit Goyal tell me in call that the process will be pending not capable to complete and also commited me after payment they send OD account net banking I'd & pswd to my email within 30minute and I shall be transfer the money to any bank account as written on email and also on recorded call. After two days I arranged and deposit more Rs. 30000/ to company's account to complete the processes. But they not send me netbanking I'd & pswd. They tell me that there was a issue about my account activation becaue my account on pending for delay payment. After that they send me agreement paper to fillup and payment of Rs. 12000/ for one year fees wich is refundable in OD account, the person twice commited me on email and on recorded call after agreement my account will be activate and they send me netbanking I'd & pswd. I fiiup and deposit Rs. 12000/ and send this to email. After that they tell me Rs. 12000/ fees for one year but minimum agreement will be five year. I denied to pay more money because the person not tell me for payment of five years. Then they tell me that you only pay more one year fees Rs. 12000/ more. I pay more Rs. 12000/ because they commited that on that day within 5pm I will get netbanking I'd & pswd and next day they will come to my location on 19/11/2021 . The next day morning they call me and tell me we will come today for that you pay echallan of Rs. 10000/. I pay that amount. After that they send me email at 9pm that you have to pay Rs. 10000/ for gate pass. I denied to pay, tell him please end the process, assure me this is the last and final process to setup my csp point after I will not pay any amount to you/your company/bank on email and also on recorded call. Then they assure me on email and also assure they will reach my location for setup within one hour after payment. I have pay Rs. 10000/ on 20/11/2021 on 11:30pm. After that they not receive my call then I try with another mobile number they receive call tell me 10-15 minute they will be came. After some time I call him but they not receiving my call. After some time they take my number busy. I trying to call that number from another 3-4 mobile but they not receiving. After some time the two numbers +[protected] ankit goyal and +[protected] chandrashekhar is switched off.
