I have gone for shoppin in nilgiris today.. i just wanted to purchase 10 to 12 items which available there.. i got no response from nilgiris workers .. they not took responsibility ... so further i took manager number called rithish.. i spoke to him as to train them so the customer not suffer or tired to purchasing but he done the same which workers doing ..finally i put a message to the consumer complaints so please accept my complaint in serious manner ..
