Nilkamal — Bad quality mattress

Dear Sir,

It is brought to your kind notice that we have purchased 5 no. mattresses on 15.07.21 but these mattress have lost their shape. On my earlier complaint of one no. mattress, service engineer of the company visited the site & prepared his report but no action has been taken till date.

It is therefore requested to refund the invoice amount please.

Invoice of the mattresses & report of the service engineer are attached herewith for your reference.
