Hello, exactly same thing happened with me. I also placed an order on 7th June 2020 [Computer table] with full payment made and this was supposed to be delivered by 24th June [including delay delivery due to Covid situation], but with multiple follow-up's with their customer care through emails, finally they sent it on 22nd July 2020 and that too damaged product, which i refused to accept and returned / didn't take the delivery. And then when i complaint about it, they asked for proof, then i sent them all the images of damaged 3rd class delivered product, so they said they will arrange the refund. But unfortunately till today [14th Aug 2020] they have not refunded my money and seems they even don't want to, as they stopped reverting to my emails. Seems this is their main bushiness to make money bu cheating the innocent customers. I choosed Nilkamal over Peppery fry and other providers in Amazon & Flipkart thinking Nilkamal is Indian Brand lets go with it, and now i extremely disappointed and frustrated. They don't deserve our trust.
