Nims University Jaipur — Refund

I have applied to the NIMS university of jaipur in the month of june something and I payed the amount 5000 for reserving my seat in the university. I constantly inquired about the refund policy thereafter but there is no plausible respond from the university its almost november now and all they are doing is asking me to write some mail which is not even being responded for like months now. I am extremely distressed about the situation because all there actions indicate that they will not return the money. please help me get my refund back the number that I contacted them via is [protected] and the email address they asked me to mail on is anirudh.[protected]@nimsuniversity.org.
