Non cooperation of customer service team

I filed a request and complain by call and through mail regarding my tenant verification order I'd LL- 5106405. My request ref. No are 17294433 & 17294434. After that when I am asking about status their customer care executive disconnect call and they never replied my mail about status. I, Sumanth Pai, had opted for a refundable plan in your platform on May 9th 2023 amount ing to Rs 7500 approx, the plan stated that if in case no broker is not able to find me tenant within 2 months it would refund me the money which I have paid, in this process I was allotted a relationship Manager for the same.

Initially no broker was not able to find me the tenant within 2 months hence the relationship manager's super visior...

Cheating no broker painting services

I have been cheated by no broker.. I made advance payment and booking in the month of July to start work on 10 Aug.. today is 13 Aug and no painter assigned yet.. coordinator gives various reasons and share its own problem instead resolving my problem. Now he is not picking my phone and responding in whatsapp every day that will start work next day.. worse experience and I m helpless now.. it was my bad decision to contact no broker...

Cheating no broker painting services

I have booked and made advance payment of 3000 rs to no broker in the month of July 23.. they did followed up to start work of painting however it need to start in 10 Aug as tenant was present at home and I already intimated no broker. Since today is 13 Aug the work has not yet started and coordinator giving various reason and sharing there own problems to customers. Now they are not responding to my call nor they are giving call back.. it...

Interior project taking a very long time to complete

My interior project was to be completed on 15 July, still now 7th August 40 work items are pending. No worker comes to the site for work. In last 1 month hardly 7 days workers came to site. They took 100% payment and now behaving like this. Tried contacting customer care/ city manager / interior head even ceo does not responds back. Complained in twitter Instagram and Facebook but only one response will look into this and days are passing...

Credit Card Fraud Transaction with RBL Bank Credit Card

Address:Opera House, Mumbai

On the 18th of April, 2023. I was scammed by a fraud with a Transaction of INR 24, 311.52/- made to NoBroker.com via my RBL Bank Credit Card.

Token amount refund

I paid sixty thousand as token amount(60000rs) for one flat to nobroker on 5/6/2023. After getting the document I found that the flat does not have completion certificate or occupation certificate. Very bad service in shifting

I had booked for the shifting of household items from kerala to chennai. Booked through a individual vehicle service. We had asked to pay fully before delivering goods.
We got few items damaged. the delivered transporter didn't responded properly and ran away. When contacted, told to complain and claim from NoBroker.
We had chosen less insurance amount than goods value, since booked individual vehicle.

Poor Service and Unprofessional Conduct by NoBroker Biometric Team

The service from the NoBroker biometric team was disappointingly subpar. They departed early from the designated location, dishonestly misrepresented their departure time, and shockingly demanded extra payment to reschedule. Despite traveling 20 km and investing an hour for the appointment, we were met with no one from the team and no prior communication. I received a call on 26june at 4'o clock behalf of icici Bank as a female employee here name is akansha don't remember her employee ID

This complaint is regarding the unauthorized transactions that took place using my credit card on 19th of July 2023 through NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES.

The transaction mails/messages were as follows:-
INR 19, 603.20 spent on ICICI Bank Card XX7003 on 19-Jul-23 at NOBROKER. Avl Lmt: INR 12, 247.98. To dispute, call 18002662/SMS BLOCK 7003 to [protected]

AC service not completed

We paid for Ac service and the service person not complete his work and he not closed the Air conditioner, and he leave the house.

When I am contacting nobroker they asked me to wait for next day EOD.

I have 6 months old baby so we suffered during this time...

Not deactivating the plan purposely

This is regarding my property posted on Nobroker for Rent. I have really very bad experience overall. They have given me a plan to rent my property without even providing complete information. and after that they are saying if we find any Tenant for you, we will take 10000 from deposit. Unethical behavior and delay in resolving AC services issue which is under warranty

Subscribed for Freedom Plan but not getting owners details.

Hello, this is regarding complaint against NoBroker. I subscribed for Freedom plan for getting owners details, unfortunately the app doesn't shows owners details. Tried severals times but no luck also trying to reach customer care and every time they disconnects the call after listening the plan details.
