I have ordered Nokia TV in flipkart on OCT-22-2022. The TV was delivered and installed, while buying the TV I have bought extra 3 years of ONE-Assist warranty as well.
I have got issue with Television on March 11th while watching. I have contacted to Flipkart Immediately on this and they have asked me to contact Nokia Customer care or One-Assist Immediately. On the next day I have raised my complaint with Nokia and One-Assist. Nokia has assigned to Jeeves Customer Service to check my Television, on the next day technician came and verified its problem with mother board, ha has taken the pictures and claimed for the replace of mother board or replace of TV. Now after this since march 14th there is no update from Nokia, coming back to One-Assist, they have told to me that they are not going take this case as it has brand warranty and Nokia has to complete the issue and there is no action will be taken from ONE-Assist.
I have been trying to reach Nokia customer care, One Assist customer Care and Flipkart Customer Care. No one is responding and providing me the correct info, I feel very regret to buy products in Flipkart. I wish I would like publish this and take action on them.
I want my hard earned money back, I ill publish this in social media make people aware that this kind of service provided by flipkart which cheating its customer by selling this kind of defective products.
