Today i booked a taxi for 8:15 am, the driver waited for 15 minutes and then started scolding me on abusive language. We are not here to receive any scolding from your company driver, we are customers and we come first to the success fo your company and your srivers are ill treating us. Shame on ntl, please make sure that this does not happen to any customer in future, if this happens to me again i will pursue a lawsuit against your organisation.
Finalyy i just simply cancelled the taxi on seeing the misbehaviour of the driver and simply paid rupees 150 for just booking the taxi.
Dignity is important to any customer, please educate your drivers to treat the customers properly.
Even we are paying waiting charges when it gets late and we should be scolded or abused for any reason. Was this information helpful? |
