I have booked flight from chennai to cochi on 12th april 2016 @10.00 am. Taxi booking id: a[protected], cab no:tn12l9058, cab came around 8.15 am but i asked them to come around 7.30 am, when contacted ntl they cooly told me two cabs broke down and they send third cab, but they didn't even the courtesy to inform me about the same and because of which i missed my flight and they charged more fare for dropping back even though it was 4hrs package, i never thought ntl would behave like this. I underwent so much tension and agony. I lost 3, 763 because of this. Can you please tell me who will give the above mentioned amount. I am raising this complaint as i lost money as i want refund of the money. Please take this complaint seriously and wanted reply asap on [protected]@yahoo.Co.In Was this information helpful? |
