I am writing to bring to your attention a grievance I have with Ola Electric related to a purchase I made and the subsequent refund issue. I have attempted to resolve this matter through various means, but have not received a satisfactory response from Ola Electric, prompting me to seek your assistance in resolving this issue.
Details of the Complaint:
On 5th October 2023, I placed an order with Ola Electric for the purchase of an Ola S1 Pro Gen 2 electric scooter, bearing Order ID: OET-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX-YHA511. I made a payment of Rs. 21, 748 using my credit card for the said order.
On 31st October 2023, I decided to cancel my order due to certain reasons, and I followed the prescribed cancellation process provided by Ola Electric.
According to the information displayed in the Ola Electric application, the refund for the canceled order of Rs. 21, 748 was marked as "successful." However, despite the application's claim of a successful refund, I have not received the refund amount in my credit card account.
I have made several attempts to contact Ola Electric's customer support, but regrettably, I have been unsuccessful in reaching their customer care representatives. Was this information helpful? |
From my end I tried several times but the Cancel button is in disable mode. I can not click on anything to cancel several times in all communication channels but no use on this cancellation process, so without any further delay kindly expedite the process at the earliest time.
